The staff is friendly, there is one star for that. Battery changes on watches are offered, but unfortunately poor and with a lot of waiting time. My battery cover was severely scratched. The company wasn't interested.
There are also others that are, firstly, considerably cheaper and faster.
Exaggerated and perhaps played friendliness doesn't really matter.
If even one of Liebehenschel had said something like "Sorry", this review would not have come about.
