On Saturday, the 11.08.19 we did not come out of our apartment, because we had a trap in the castle. We called the locksmith TS and it took half an hour, then the fitter was Mr. Ingals with us. The old castle had to be drilled out to remove it. A new lock was installed and everything works again. We were very satisfied with the execution and speed. The price is justified.
