I received a voucher for a massage. It took me forever to make an appointment because no one called back, then I had an appointment 4 weeks later, which was canceled at short notice. The new appointment (another waiting period of 3 weeks) was canceled again and now nobody calls back to arrange a new one. I'm happy for everyone who is busy and obviously doesn't need any new customers, but then maybe you should just leave that with the voucher sale.

Get my lymphatic drainage here and I am very satisfied! The staff are all very friendly and hard-working! Appointments will be processed and taken into account as well as possible! The practice is small but nice and always clean!
