In a class with 19 students, only one student receives the recommendation for the high school. The teachers overwhelm with such a small class. The children learn to write as they speak and the mistakes are not corrected (neither should the parents do that) - you can not get that out! Most children are unable to cope with learning with weekly plans. The children cannot fulfill the expected independence from 1st grade. When class assignments are written, each child "feels" on another day and sometimes over two days - what a mess. Not recommendable!
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the Kreisluafer. We also found that the topic plans the children work with are not exactly an advantage. Homework is also rarely checked, the teachers explain very little to the children when there is a new topic Sometimes the teachers use their mobile phones to calculate during the lesson. Everyone writes a paper when they have finished the subject plan, but nobody checks whether the child has really understood it. The teachers are sometimes overwhelmed with conflicts between the children If you express yourself negatively or express your concern, you are more likely to be blamed for yourself or the child's fault. What a shame, we had high expectations. We would not choose school a second time.
I have 3 children at this school, two already have recommendations for high school - so my wife and I are very satisfied.
