I cannot recommend this company. Mr. Güven can promise well, but do nothing! But we know each other, you were at Hilsingstrasse 89, took pictures and we are still waiting for an offer. It's been going on for a month! I don't think so at all

We have expanded our top floor with a Velux roof balcony. Mr. Güven responded quickly and friendly to our request, even changing the offer several times was no problem and was dealt with quickly and reliably. The advice was very good, appointments could be found quickly and easily. The team around Mr. Güven was also friendly, the work was carried out very well and properly. Everything was completed on time, and interim problems were solved very well and quickly. Invoicing was quick and error-free, the invoice amount was cheaper than previously offered. All other good reviews have been confirmed, we will also commission Mr. Güven and his team for upcoming projects.

Mr. Güven is a pleasant business partner. Four roof windows should be renewed. Mr. Güven recommended the renewal of two windows and the professional refurbishment of the two other windows. Another company would have sold four new windows here. The work was carried out properly, leaving the workplace clean. Quotation and deadline were met. I can fully recommend Mr Güven.

So far we only had minor repairs, but Mr. Giesen comes very quickly and works very well!

Not recommendable! The company Güven was commissioned with the repair after a storm damage. The first promised date, the company burst without previous rejection. The repair was carried out after a second appointment. The repair invoice received was settled immediately. The secondary contractual obligation to deliver the damage photos, for the settlement of the storm damage against the building insurance, came the company Güven despite repeated telephone and written request. That is not possible. I can not recommend the company Güven from my experience.
