The Park voucher is more expensive than the tickets separately and you loose all flexibility. We bought a voucher for 200 € for Europapark. This park is 55 € and in general a park rarely exceeds 50 € per ticket per person and the hotels are like 50 € per night. That would sum up to 150-160 €. Even though the hotels are 50 € on booking.com, the system that it uses to book the hotels are more expensive and we added up having to pay 20 € per person more, which means we now paid 240 € for a trip that would've cost 160 € if we just booked the same hotel online and went to the park. We wrote the customer service about this since November last year and so far we had no response.

Watch out! Cheater !! I bought a voucher for 2 people, which should include an overnight stay and two day tickets to one of 7 thermal baths. The voucher cost 138 euros. When redeeming it, however, I had to find out that the voucher is not a real voucher, but rather a big fake in the form of a deposit. No matter which thermal baths or which hotel you chose, you always had to pay extra. But without getting more than what is already in the voucher. We now had to pay another 44 euros on top and could not choose the thermal baths that we actually wanted to visit. The surcharge would have been 126 euros. I got the 44 euros after a lot of clicking around. It couldn't be cheaper. Mind you, without booking an additional day or other extras! We only wanted to use the services promised in the voucher. An impudence! We originally even planned to extend a day, but I'm not going to give this juice shop another cent. I once attached two pictures from the invoice. This is not a serious bill ... Better to book yourself without Watado, you are always cheaper away! All the positive Google reviews are probably faked and bought.

Attention! After years (!) Watado sends payment requests / reminders for allegedly unpaid vouchers. Allegedly, when checking the last few years, a shortfall was found, but this is demonstrably wrong. Interestingly, just before the end of the year. Not very serious, are they up to their necks due to Corona? My opinion: hands off!
