Hello everyone, we were at Ms. Wagner's at the beginning of the corona pandemic and felt very well advised. Since we were unsure to book, we waited and were not persuaded to book like in other travel agencies, but rather encouraged to wait for the current situation. So we came a second time shortly before our wedding and were promptly rewarded with the most beautiful vacation, which was also our honeymoon. We look forward to planning and booking our vacations with the Wagner travel agency. Top service Top advice Fast response 5 stars are still not enough

Unfortunately we can only give two stars. The travel agency is well located. It is a two-minute walk from Unna's shopping street. It is very manageable and seemed a bit chaotic to me. Our advice was friendly. Unfortunately our accommodation was wrongly described to us in the travel agency. We got a Villa Club Room and we were told it was a bungalow with a sea view. When we asked again by telephone for our own research, this false fact was confirmed again. Unfortunately, the Villa Club Room is a room in a villa and not a bungalow ... And that is not what we asked for in our consultation. We also asked about the weather in our holiday destination. We were told that it was the rainy season, but that the rain showers were not daily and only short. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My boyfriend and I booked an Africa vacation and had only 4 days of 14 days with good weather. I think that could have been pointed out to us. The rain showers are anything but short. Too bad...
