March 2020: 2.8 stars until now?! I do not understand why what kinds of reasons their clients may have? I was there and I can take a lot of flyers, brochures, catalogs - for free and another dozen albums, books, catalogs, etc. for reasonable prices. The staff was able and polite, their advice appropriate and competent, so? For me, it was a pleasant experience and I will go there again and again when I will visit Unna next time, no doubt!

Pretty unwilling service, good morning greeting is not reciprocated. Ticket costs in advance by fees as much as at the box office. Overall, no request for repetition.

Zero stars would be better. For two days I have been trying to get someone on the phone to no avail. either is busy or there is an announcement.

I bought 2 tickets for an event in the Linden Brewery. Card payment was possible. The staff was very friendly.
