Provides incorrect information: Rat poison cannot harm birds. Apparently not interested in saving a bird's life. Unfriendly doctor. There are many better vets nearby.

Face mask and distance. Here you always have an open ear for your concerns, even without an appointment. Very nice team and a great, friendly doctor.

For some time we have been with Mrs. Heide-Röller with our dog. Both we and our dog feel that we are in good hands with her and her great team. You usually get an appointment at short notice and hardly have to wait on site. Thank you for your great work.
