Perhaps the worst post office in Germany. If the employee prefers to continue her private phone call and only process my shipment on the side, I shouldn't be surprised that nothing arrives. Inquiries were dismissed with an arrogant laugh: nothing is left here! And in such a rancid bar customers do their financial transactions ?! No thanks, never again!

Never had any problems here, my concerns are always dealt with quickly and kindly. A very big advantage of DHL that undelivered parcels can easily be picked up here. So far, it worked 100%.
