I have never seen her not respond to my wishes, and I've been with her for a very long time! Your husband may look serious, but he's actually very nice, you just have to get involved and give back friendliness. 😊
Unfortunately, the second visit there was very uncomfortable. At Elena, I was very happy with everything. The second time I was with a man who prepared my nails and then with a woman who modeled the nails. The man was very rude and very, very rude. The woman did not respond to my wishes and only gave snotty answers. It's a shame that Elena didn't have an appointment.

I came there out of necessity and stayed there. You can choose who should do the application and make only with this person an appointment! That always works. Parking is really inconvenient but walking a few steps does not hurt. The work is 100% and always keeps very good. I would send everyone there.
