We were there on Wednesday and bought a Bitrax Römer child seat. The saleswoman (with a Dutch accent) gave us really great advice. The young lady also has very good communication with our son. She was also directly helpful in carrying it and trying out whether it fits in the car. Everything is always great.
This morning I visited the BabyOne market in Soest with a friend. She asked about a Britax Römer pushchair attachment for her stroller. The saleswoman informed us that she was unknown to her and was busy unpacking a chewy candy,
pulled down her mask and gleefully chewed her chewy candy. Incomprehensible. And that in times of Corona. Incidentally, she referred to the Internet. We declined with thanks and left the shop. You visit an avoidable specialist shop and are treated and advised badly. No thanks. We also noticed an older couple - presumably grandparents - asking for a present for their granddaughter. Unfortunately, they couldn't be helped either. Too bad.
We have been there several times! You get very good advice from a very friendly staff. Always my pleasure....
