I never write negative reviews. I prefer to be enthusiastic and share that too. But in this case it is necessary! Dress bought 14 days ago for 299 €. Washed once by hand as prescribed and not ironed. NATURALLY worn professionally (I work as a hotel manager. A garment like this has to endure, for example, helping in the service. I can't just buy a dress to stand around. And - as the "lady" said, I should have washed it before I could use it show and complain !!)
Yesterday I saw: threads are running all over the dress. Like ladder. The individual silk threads can be pulled out this way. The dress is dissolving! Looks bad!
What poor quality for that amount! But the reaction of both saleswomen was even worse. It had no style at all. Never heard of complaint management? You "under no circumstances" took the dress back. Sending them in was also out of the question. I now have a 14 day old, broken dress
Shame the shop looks nice from the outside ...
