I ordered a tool from Inprodius Solutions GmbH on Ebay. The processing via Ebay ran smoothly up to the moment of sending (order and pay). A shipping notification does not mean that the package will be shipped. Since the tool was supposed to be a birthday present, I was a little pressed for time, but unfortunately the package was not picked up from Inprodius Solutions GmbH (one week). So I tried to reach someone by email and also by phone. There were only automatic replies to e-mails and the company could never be reached over the phone, always busy. Even the phone call with an employee in the subsidiary, with the request to call back, was not complied with. Since nothing has happened after three weeks, I turned on buyer protection on Ebay. Now I got my money back and gave my rating on Ebay. A reaction to this negative evaluation was promptly followed, requesting a change or withdrawal. I can only say personally: I would no longer order from Inprodius Solutions GmbH.

Have a complaint because the product home when unpacking was already partially broken! After about 2 weeks, the company called to tell me they send me a new one! That is about 3 weeks ago and there is still nothing there! Telephone contact is virtually impossible because no one ever answered the phone or even pushed away!
