Hello dear readers, Tonight, I went to Möbel Boss for the second time to pick up my ordered items because I was assured that they would arrive on December 15, 2020. On the first visit I was told that it would be there in four days. First you come to the collection warehouse and not even one is helped, there are three people sitting in the office and no one goes to waiting customers. Second article against not there why do you say on the phone that the ordered goods will be there on December 15th. When I called to clarify the facts, I was supposedly the liar and the lady did not show any insight. Why are you treated so badly? If you work in a commercial area, you should be a bit more customer-friendly; this is also taught to you through training courses or as I did at vocational school when I was training to be a businessman. At the moment we're all having a hard time, but then you should be a bit more friendly to people and not behave so rude on the phone.
