I was a client of Mr. RA Hecker. Mr. Hecker is never in the thing and during scheduled appointments there are constant interruptions due to important phone calls. In my estimation, this man is hopelessly overburdened and stressed. Pleadings are not read but flown over according to his statement - replies are written only after repeated request and weeks later sent to the court - catastrophic. Alone these facts have brought me regularly on the palm. After I urgently needed his help in January and Mr. Hecker did not even consider it necessary to speak with me, I finally terminated the mandates.
