That is top class service. All 4 tires punctured on our motorhome. The support and helpfulness in finding a towing service was just great. You yourself would have come immediately, but also helped me not to give up my search here in Bielefeld for reasons of cost. Keep up the commitment. Service is taken seriously here. thanks

Even if it was night duty I would at least have expected that the employee would know how to tip a truck house .... and for this recession you will be insulted and threatened in the worst possible way by email .... After a tire burst on the highway, I was helped very quickly. Even a new tire was taken care of. Super nice contact and a quick smooth processing 😊 only recommended.

Shortly before the finish line I stopped. Take out the phone and first look for a towing service. That's how I came across UNITEC. I was surprised that the tow truck was there so quickly. The driver was super nice and safely loaded and transported my motorcycle. So really everything was fine, I was even able to pay by card, which wasn't clear beforehand - complaining at a high level, but that's why I'm deducting a star. Perhaps you can make this information more transparent - dear UNITEC team.
