Very nice
Cosy place, nice terraces. Pancakes for the children alas no fries.
This restaurant with beer garden with boat rental has been run as a family business for generations. The kitchen is tailored to the Spreewald visitors (walkers, hikers, sports tourists, etc.) and is popular. Everything is original and not aloof. We have been guests for many years and have always visited the restaurant with our dog. That too was always received.
Nice host, cook, service. Very good food. This as a brief summary assessment. In the restaurant courtyard, you can enjoy good food and drinks in a pleasant atmosphere. There is a small menu, but the food is great. You order and pay directly, the food comes when it's ready. Unusual but totally okay. I will be happy to eat here again. Many thanks.
