We had a very positive experience. The owner Mr. Dobener is not only friendly, but also very patient and flexible with regard to special requests. He has made every effort to realize all wishes within the technically possible. Only the flat roof windows from Velux are not that good due to the small glass surfaces. These are, however, new models that were not previously installed. Since we / we would have just had to inform ourselves better. A new flat roof is of course not very cheap, but especially in comparison with offers from the competitors, we can recommend the company pitch, just because of the price - performance ratio, only. Thanks a lot!
