I am quite satisfied with the work, even if my wishes have not been fully taken into account when it comes to the shape. But what really annoyed me is the loop of 3 songs and this one about speaking in another language. This is disrespectful and not customer-friendly, which is why I rarely go there although I generally like the work, even if it never does the shape I want.

I can understand the sometimes really bad reviews ZERO. I've been going here to do (gel) nails for a few months now and I'm consistently satisfied. Each of my wishes is followed up, e.g. I show a picture and get my nails 1: 1 done exactly like this. And they hold up incredibly well! The gel nails used to draw air after a few days, and one of them was gone very quickly. I was unsure to try again but - zero signs here, everything is stuck bombs! Yes, it is right that people are busy chatting with colleagues, but I just don't mind. I haven't lost a nail or cracked the gel in all of this time, even after I'm now 7 !! Weeks not to be filled and the nails were already halfway out. I go there to get a good (I think very good!) Service and not to be entertained or entertained - that's exactly what I get! Thanks for the great work 😊

Impossible!!!! I had accidentally read that there is an offer for eyelash extensions (for different variants, each € 50) Then I had my first eyelash appointment. It started that I had to wait 15 minutes despite the appointment. When I finally got there and was supposed to lie down on the couch, I saw first of all a small child, who finally sat with him during the whole treatment. I wasn't even asked if it was okay for me to have a child with me during treatment. Then it really started; Without knowing which eyelash variant I would like to have, did she want to start right away?! Then I mentioned that I would like to have 3D (which was also on offer) and suddenly it was said that they did not have that. In general I had the feeling that nobody really understands me there due to the low level of German they have. During the entire treatment, calls were made all the time so that the cell phone was right next to my ear. I could hear every conversation the customers had because they were on loudspeakers. Appointments were made, appointments canceled and private phone calls also took place. The end of the song: I didn't like the eyelashes at all and (thank goodness) only lasted 1 week Never again !!!!!!!!!!! Absolute cheek!

Everyone should get an impression for themselves. I've been coming from Bad Homburg to Hofheim for over a year and have my nails and eyelashes made. A warm, friendly team. If something was wrong, the team and the boss took care of it. Very familiar, nice studio, hygienic. Simply a loving team! 💕 Beautiful designs, super quality and finally nails that last a long time !!

in advance: the shop is always clean and modern, appointments are always quick! BUT: it cannot be that the gel nails sometimes break after a day. at least 2 nails are broken after 14 days at the latest. in some weeks i will be sitting in the nail studio 3 times to repair the nails for 5 € each. today i was there again and this time the nail was just temporarily glued with gel .. When I asked why my nails always break after a few days, the answer was: “That is due to their poor quality” (I had them done by you - huh ???) however, for me it was unfortunately the last visit to coconails added: in my opinion, it is very bold to reproach myself with my review that I am lying! it all happened exactly as I have described it here.
