The shop has really let up .... 😡😠. One thing I know, I'll never go there again !! How can it be that colors are not present (can happen) but should not! And it should be pointed out that one should look a different basket because the colors would always be there !! Impossible !! Nevermore !!!
I had an appointment by 15:00 clock by phone with a lady from the store made, come on the agreed date there and then I'm told there would be no date for me. In broken German explains the employee that I have no date in the calendar, although I have proof of my appointment! I am really annoyed! I can not recommend the unreliable store!
The appointments are unstructured and unplanned, you have to wait a long time. The nail designers are rude and want to do their work quickly. After a week, the nails were impossible to wear, the quality was poor and had them dealt with there, while in other nail salons they could be removed received a reasonable manicure, the nails were lovingly removed and I had cracks in my real nails, there is also a lack of hygiene and there is still dust from the nails of other customers on the table, the arrows are neither disinfected nor cleaned in any way.
