Signs are offered on the facade at € 8.00 each. We were charged € 37.00 for 2 signs! This is outrageous and a pure rip-off!

This shop is located directly on the premises of the registration office. Because of this "premium location" one thinks that the customers can be excluded. You kind of stumble into the shop when you go to the registration office. The business conduct of this company borders on unfair competition for me. It is advertised in the outdoor area with cheap license plates. Here, in chronological order, a transfer license plate, a seasonal license plate or some other rather unusual type of license plate is illustrated. If you go in and ask for the license plate printing without asking for the price, which admittedly does NOT correspond to the type of license plate just advertised, you get the juicy bill. The manufactured license plate is more than twice as expensive as advertised. When asked, you will be smugly explained that the license plate you have just manufactured is different from the one advertised. Here we try to deliberately lead the customer behind the spruce. Complaining later is pointless. You could have looked at the small print price list beforehand. The inexperienced consumer does not even get the idea that a "normal" sign can be significantly more expensive than one of the advertised special labels, especially since there will be no logical explanation for it. And again a customer was taken aback and the store made a dishonest deal. I can only recommend going to the sign makers in the local area. You are treated fairly there. ... and the owner's answer below reflects exactly the behavior mentioned above.
