One star is already too many here! I fell in love with a sweater in the shop window or the color! and despite significant quality defects (unbroken seams), I paid for it right after the owner promised me to repair the seams. When I picked it up, she told me that she could only offer me the sweater in two other colors. But the money doesn't go back, and she doesn't have the sweater I paid for either. It wasn't until I threatened to file a complaint that my money was returned. I'm considering reporting this incident anyway.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience today. I wanted to buy a blouse, I saw it on the doll in the shop window. The saleswoman said that she couldn't take the blouse off the doll, she only put it on in the morning.
