After my laptop refused to work due to a Windows update and I couldn't get it to work with on-board tools, the Marxheimer PC Service provided me with more help, faster than originally announced. A short time after I brought the computer over, I was informed that the box was working again. The work was done within 3 hours, although I had expected at least the next day. Thanks again for this.
