We contacted the Mühlhans company in July to have a PV system on a garage roof removed. According to the first statement, that was not a problem. They wanted to get in touch in just under two weeks to make an appointment. After about three weeks we asked, and it was said that it was "forgotten" and that you write down the matter again and want to contact you again regarding the appointment. After what felt like an eternity in which nothing happened again, we contacted us again and suddenly it was said that the system had not been installed by you and therefore could not be removed by you. After discussing something, you said you want to talk to the master again and you would get in touch. Again, of course, this did not happen. So we telephoned again afterwards. The colleague on the phone didn't know anything at first and he wanted to find out more about the case. Of course, there was no response from his side. So called again and it was said "we won't take that off, because of guarantee or warranty". At our suggestion that we waive the guarantee, the colleague said, in essence, that this could be done; he just has to discuss it with the boss. Of course I didn't answer again. After several recalls on our part, in which it was always said, "I'll pass it on again and we'll get in touch", it is now November and nothing has happened. The way people are treated here is an absolute cheek and a mess. Just because there isn't a big order attached to it, you can't just keep the matter quiet. Especially since it takes about half an hour to work, since not much can be removed from such a small system. As a qualified electrician, my partner knows this far enough to be able to assess this. In addition, all connections are equipped with plugs that cannot be connected the wrong way round.

With smaller setbacks everything was done. The problem lies in the communication, because the "end of planning" is rarely the "performer". But I think that's the same everywhere. I am satisfied with the overall result.

That was definitely our last job with this company. After we have had everything done by him for years, it is a huge cheek to deal with customers like this. Absolutely dissatisfied!
