The office of the govt. finance department in Starnberg.. Decent service and somehow helpful personnel... The good thing is that the lady at the front desk speaks good English... not very crowded at any given time of the day..
Free parking for visitors outside for one hour during the weekdays from 07:00-17:00.
The office location is pretty good though, on the top of a small hill with possibility either to walk up from one side or to drive from the other.
Competent advice, helpful, cooperative and friendly.

It is always amazing how bad the service u Co has become, since the beginning of the year / months you have been waiting for the documents until now nothing has arrived. If you then want to reach a personal / service only the answering machine comes on. 😡
Meanwhile, pure disaster, payroll tax is being processed since January, then filed documents later, still heard nothing, it will probably be time to admonish. This can not continue like that! Very bad I think it was 7 years ago that everything went much faster than in 2019.
