In the digital age in the 20th century, the bank has no way of activating a TAN procedure via the customer's mobile phone number; according to employees in the branch, you have to go to the counter and first create a password with an employee, which you would have to change yourself for data protection reasons. Further information about your own account is of course not passed on to the cardholder, which is serious but what you do not notice the employees on the phone, because they talk in such a bad mood on the phone. The Volksbank Genossenschaft has therefore completely done itself for me.

Bright and friendly atmosphere, the (few) staff seem a bit lost in the big building, but are very friendly. To my concern "home purchase" I was very polite and professional advice. The interest rates and conditions were unexpectedly favorable in comparison. Really recommended, keep it up!
