Mr. Fahrnbauer is apparently generally not available by phone. You can only reach the answering machine each time. If you speak of it, then he doesn't call you back either. I have asked for a call back several times, but to no avail. That is absolutely disrespectful to customers. How is it going to be possible to buy a set of tires in the store when it is impossible to contact them by phone?
