Had problems with our intercom which we had not bought from CR electrical systems. Nevertheless, an appointment was made within a week and the error was recognized in a few minutes. Then, as agreed, the defective part was ordered and installed on our own. In other words, the work was done without having to invest time yourself and Mr. Ritter came the next day and repaired the intercom to our satisfaction. You rarely have such a service and you can only reward with 5 *. Thank you and see you next time.
