They did their job but unfortunately the communication was very poor. I felt a little alone as I didn't get any aftercare and I still pretty much to this day (a year later) Have problems with my operated foot. Most of the nurses were super nice though :)

Initial treatment of a wound on the inside of the hand was treated with absolute negligence. The deep gaping wound was apparently cleaned and the attending doctor said the wound did not have to be sewn. A bandage was made over it. The End. After a few days I got a bad feeling and went to my trusted doctor for a check-up. This was deeply shaken. There were still stones in the wound !!! Furthermore, the wound clearly should have been sewn immediately. Under anesthesia, my doctor removed all dirt and stones from the deeply gaping wound under the microscope. Furthermore, he temporarily sewed up the wound (it was already too late for a proper suture) so that the skin does not grow together wildly. Immediately I was prescribed antibiotics to hopefully avoid an inflammation of the hand (from the dirt particles and stones that had been in the wound for 3 days). This is currently not yet certain. I very much hope that this was an isolated incident and that the other patients will be treated well. The lady at the reception was very nice, as well as the nurse was very friendly.

Excited as a second-time outpatient. Trouble-free treatment despite Covid protective measures, well organized, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gladly again if necessary
