Very arrogant the junior. Also thinks he is something better. No shop for me. In every jewelery shop you can try on Rolex watches even by customers who have ordered. Have not been denied that in any store until now. But I wasn't wearing a suit, just my work clothes. Also found her answer very rude. Your father, I have to say, was very friendly and accommodating. You just don't. Therefore no deletion of my contribution. That's my opinion and I won't let anyone take it away from me. Free speech is that.

Very friendly service, best assortment for everything related to jewelry with great variety. Even individual pieces are perfectly made in real handcraft and the best quality. A real treasure chest for gold jewelry too. Many pieces in stock and made to order. Really recommendable. By far the best jeweler in the district of Starnberg.

I am speechless - watch brought to change batteries. When opening, complained about the cheap fashion watch (~ 300 € from a watch shop) and they obviously had problems opening it. It then jumped "everything towards" according to the seller and they couldn't get it anymore. The watch was then taken to the watchmaker and I was allowed to pick it up 3 days later. I was charged double the price for the pick-up because "the cheap fashion watch meant more work". Gritting my teeth, I paid. They did not want to issue me an invoice - "then I would have to pay VAT". When I went out I noticed that the clock was not running at all. Then it should be taken to the watchmaker again. I was insulted when I asked for a pick-up slip. A few days later I was able to pick them up with the statement that you are very sorry, but the watch is unfortunately broken - however, 50% of the battery replacement price will be credited towards the repair costs. At my request to at least reimburse me for the overpriced battery replacement costs, I was only smiled at. Then I went to the very competent watch shop right next to it. The watch opened without problems within 2 seconds and the lady noticed that the lid on the wrong side was being tried (deep grooves everywhere - which were definitely not there before!) And even the shaft for setting the watch was hanging loose the clock around. She just shook her head and said "the way the watch looks was definitely not a watchmaker at work .." Everyone makes mistakes, but I've never seen such an arrogant, degrading kind.

Battery replacement of a branded watch - actually routine. Not at jeweler Hellwig. The senior boss himself has done this and already jumped out spring and screw when expanding - with a high arc through the workshop. Godseidenk the spring was found, but not the screw. Sr. boss said that would work that way - no problem. But still wanted to get a screw with a watchmaker and contact me (left Tel.nr there). No call yet - and this is not an exotic clock. Too bad ...
