Had problems with a driving school, which had erroneously calculated 20 instead of the necessary 12 hours. Thank God, I have all the appointments mitnotiert and by the support of Mr. Reissner this topic was no longer a problem. All in all a short and annoying processing of the lawyer team. Thank you!

Should I ever need a lawyer again, I would contact this office any time. Thanks again!

Last year I had a hammer to cope with: out of the blue, a complaint from the public prosecutor's office for hit and run fluttered into the house. I wasn't to blame deliberately. Yes, there was once a little bang in a parking lot. I was convinced that there was no damage to be seen, not mine, and certainly not mine enemy vehicle. Nothing was seen, absolutely nothing. I had spoken about this with the witnesses who were present and then drove on. In the end, I was happy that I hadn't made the attempt to rectify this "bagatelle" on my own. The driver's license would have been gone. I coincidentally spoke to Udo Reissner, specialist lawyer for traffic law, right at the beginning of the matter. His warning of impending loss of the rag, at least up to one I didn't take the trial seriously at first. But then there were reports and counter-reports, and only at the very end did it emerge that a bracket had broken inside the enemy bumper. Purely outwardly there was nothing to be seen. My lawyer obtained an out-of-court settlement with the public prosecutor for a relatively small fine in relation to the what could have happened. So I got out of the matter without a court hearing with a highly uncertain outcome. Lucky (to know a good traffic lawyer) had bad luck (to be objectively guilty and still feel subjectively to feel right). Thanks Udo Reissner, without you things would have gone very badly! March 2014
