Hello, tl;dr not responsive office. But I wrote him I can' t afford him ;-) So better don't if you are in urgent need for seeing the kids or in aspects of jursitic department/ state office. How is the service imho ( We would not get an answer by Mr Lawyer Dr. Sussner and this is my personal impression w/o any clue): He seemt to be somewhat from good to superbe but too dear for us as "new Starnbergers". EOM end of message (from Gauting near Starnberg not from within Starnberg City- here it is really anonyme and like Bavaria was decades ago) long version there ain't no answer by Dr. Sussner. So these stars obnly represnt the first contacts with the lawyer's office in Starnberg until he stopped answering). I was beaten uop in the BAHN- SEV Bus (the Bus that is suppoed to rteplace the S-Bahn during the CoViD- High time Railworks ;-)). But Lawyer Dr. Sussner would not answer me after I asked him to represent me (the police in Gauting mixes oit up a bit and wants to make me the responsible / the acive psrtt in the "Klopperei"). Are the best times over? Dr. Sussner has advised me legally for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, from my point of view, with increasing age his reliability and also his work ethic suffered badly. In the last few cases in particular, his services were at most sufficient, but no longer what you can expect from a good lawyer. Unfortunately, he is only best and most motivated when it comes to claiming fees. Unfortunately, I haven't felt really in good hands for a few years now, so I now work with Dr. Sussner had to finish.

Definitely not a recommendation! Arrogant and technically absolutely inadequate.
