After my pregnancy in 2019, I had severe back pain, concentration or relaxation was out of the question. After more than a year of tension and sleep deprivation, I visited Shubashnee for the first time for a 1: 1 yoga class in June 2020.
Contrary to what I expected, the yoga exercises didn't go straight to the point, rather Shubashnee was interested in me as a person, my life situation and where my back pain and tension came from. After our first conversation it became clear that breathing exercises had priority over intensive yoga exercises for me.
She also gave me tips on how to change my posture and small yoga exercises at home, which, as a mom, I was able to incorporate into everyday life with a child.
My conclusion: everyone who values individual and holistic yoga is in good hands with Shubsahnee.
