Ms. Hähnle is an experienced, older veterinarian who cares for her patients with calm and serenity. This is great for the animals and relaxes them a little. She is very careful with very excited and hectic animals. The receptionist can also not help so well, which is why it is sometimes difficult to care for anxious and excited animals in the best possible way. Otherwise really nice and friendly!

Without warning, a person is asked out if there is two of them with their audibly wailing animal, in order to give the animal the greatest possible security ... even in Corona times, the animal should be acted accordingly ... that the doctor will leave the animal unaccompanied taking into the treatment room is also impossible. With a mask and distance rule it would be quite feasible to meet the current conditions ... The statement "That's just the way it is at the moment ..." shows little sensitivity. Animals do not understand the circumstances and therefore a general procedure according to Scheme F is not indicated. Especially when it comes to the welfare and bonding of the animal, you should definitely avoid the practice. The other veterinarians certainly have similar qualifications, so treatment by Ms. Dr. Hähnle dispensable.

The dedication with which the animals are looked after here is hard to beat. Thank you for the many unusual hours and the nice conversations during the treatments of our little foster dog.

I feel very well cared for with my cat at Frau Dr. Hahnle and Frau Siegel. Very sensitive and competent ....
