The rudest staff I have ever seen. If you don't like your job you should just quit honestly. Nobody answers the phone and when you are accepted you are interrupted and they just hang up ... bad.

I had read reviews before contacting the tax office and was warned accordingly. But I was disappointed, the staff were very friendly, patient and helpful to me. I have achieved more than I actually wanted, so I like to give 5 stars.

At the time of Corona there were long waiting times, the lady at the counter who went through the papers with me was very nice, friendly and helpful. Great praise! However, the lady at the reception desk is a mere wrong appointment. Unfriendly, arrogant and from above. That's not possible. If you only come to a bloodletting once a year, I would be happy to receive you with a smile.
