Very long processing of the documents. Tax return submitted at the beginning of the year, at the end of the year - still not ready. Incredible. Not even given notice when I can expect processing at all ...

Nothing happened for 10 months, when asked what happened to the processing, one was always put off. It's a shame that there are no zero stars, because not even 1 star is justified

Absolute disaster! I have had no reply to my emails for months. Deadlines at the tax office were not met several times, fines were threatened by the tax office, which I had to clarify myself, etc. Immediate termination after only 6 months as a customer ...
