I am absolutely dissatisfied with the work and the final result. I had to wait more than a year for the 2016 and 2017 notifications, although all the documents were sent in February 2018. It is unclear how it may be months later to be asked for documents that had already been submitted for a long time, claiming that all existing records had been thoroughly scoured. Constantly you had to correct the work and question. Issues were, despite repeated collusion, incorrectly recorded or incorrectly communicated to the tax office. Inquiries were irritated and incomplete responded. After 12 months, numerous e-mails and 12 phone calls, the result was a measly refund in one year and a back payment in the other tax year. Only through my intervention, I could claim a tax refund in the amount of about 1600 euros. After 12 months of "consulting" I am convinced that this is not in the least in the interests of the clients worked, but only on the principle of labor avoidance is proceeding. It came more frequently the suggestion, one should deal with the tax office itself, in order to clarify open questions, as well as send documents themselves to the responsible engineer by post. From my experience, I can only advise against having his tax done here, although at first the lady looked friendly and efficient.
