Very bad service. The second time you have to add something, even though everything was supposed to be available after prior coordination. Often forgets to send documents to the FA and accuses you of not having received it. I absolutely cannot recommend it. I was satisfied until I got to this advice center. Unreliable.

Friendly lady, with whom you can get appointments promptly and who also takes time for you. The result was also right at the end, so that I personally was completely satisfied with the tax advice.

I would like to give 0 stars. I verbally agreed with the lady that the contract will only take effect when I transfer the annual fee. Finally I had to consider the "service". Unfortunately, the lady broke the oral contract and so I had more or less subconsciously used a contract without work.

Friendly, I was given a timely appointment, in which the positive impression confirmed throughout. It was skillfully all maxed out and the positive response from the tax office was not long in coming. Good job, I stay there.
