Customer service is lost on some people. Got my car 45 mins late, paid for a car seat I didn't get which could have been a complete nightmare if we didn't have the possibility to borrow one elsewhere, since we were counting on it for our 2 month old son. (female clerk). When I delivered the car I had a male clerk that wasn't there in the morning unfortunately, cause he knew customer service. He Was quick, friendly and gave me a 20% discount cause they didn't have the car seat we ordered.

I have made an online booking, and when I go there to pickup the car, they said that they won´t give me any car, because I don´t live in Germany, and I don´t have german documents. They´ve made me go there, and they´ve also ruined my plans. I have checked the reservation, and it was nowhere specified that I cannot pick up the car if I don´t have a german adress. In the past I have booked cars from this company at the Köln Airport, and there I´ve had no problems... But now, they´ve lost at least one client.
