If you rent a car from this guys and you pay the bond with your debit card then be ready to wait to get your bind back, for a few weeks with no interest rates paid. I've called the the account department to ask them what's going on and why does it takes so long to reimburse the bond and there answer was "we have thousands of clients every day and we can't serve you faster." Well....that was the worst answer from a multimillion € company not affording to employ more accountants...

I made a booking online and called customer care to confirm. He said no car available and cancelled my booking saying that I want to cancel. Now I am following up for return money but no one response. I made so many call and email. Atleast Sixt respond on emails.

Ordered an economy car over internet, all were taken, so I've got a notch better, same price :) The employee advised me to get an isnurance combo better suiting my needs, still same price. Everyone speaks English of course, all was smooth and professional! 5 out of 5 ;)
