I have booked the vehicle preparation for the vehicle interior online. Contact + car drop-off: Everything worked great here. My questions by email were responded to very quickly and the vehicle drop-off and pick-up via the key box also worked out easily. Cleanliness: My seats have been shampooed, they look almost new now. The windows were also cleaned perfectly and streak-free inside and the floor mats are very clean. The seats, windows, floor mats and also the doors on the inside have become very nice, so the first impression of the cleaning was good. However, other surfaces were only superficially cleaned or not cleaned at all. Impurities such as on the steering wheel, radio or between the ventilation slots were not removed (see photos). In retrospect, we cleaned the inside of the car for 1 hour. All dirt was easily removed with a simple cleaner and a cloth. So it's not that it was stains that wouldn't go away. Also e.g. Under the mat in the trunk was only superficially or not at all cleaned / vacuumed. So the price-performance ratio is not that good. Next time I'll only book the cleaning of the seats, then I'll be happy with it. With a complete interior preparation, however, I imagine something else. Maybe I made a mistake and cleaning the steering wheel or the surfaces such as the radio or the turn signal lever is not part of cleaning. So it is unlikely that I will book anything with the company again. It's a shame because I find the concept very good and pleasant.

Everything worked smoothly. Booked online and order confirmation with locker and PIN was there quickly. I parked my car in the morning and everything was ready in the afternoon! I will soon have my tires changed with you! Keep it up 😊
