Klaus is the best. And the company too. The employees are just professional and great. It's great that I am promptly called back whenever I call. It's nice that my shop window lights are on before Christmas, even if I have to close in lockdown. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone

Because of the solution from the dripping faucet to the completely new building - would have needed someone to look at an older, defective heating boiler - everything was nicely recorded with the lady on the phone so that 20 minutes later I get an email that the company cannot come due to capacity reasons - of course, it would have only been a small order, but please tell us on the phone that you will only come from four-digit orders .....

The very last of these employees! Put yourself and your tools in someone else's bed and if you ask them about it you will be grumbled you should just complain ..... This is disgusting!
