Fast, experienced and with "bag and pack" on site. Ideal to quickly find out about the short circuit in our electrical cabinet and to fix the error (was in a power rail, rather unusual). Also very friendly. Thank you for the immediate help!

H. Kroll has repaired our lamp (hanging lamp in the stairway area above 3rd floors). The problem was that we didn't know what was defective and that H. Kroll had to search for errors without installation plans. Great work, the relay was defective - it was not easy to find this, top are very satisfied as always, gladly again.

Perfect in advice, planning and execution. This is where a master craftsman from the very finest comes into the house. In January 2020 we carried out the electrical renovation of a 30 year old house. The boss was always on site, and his employees are also highly qualified. Unexpected additional work, which can occur again and again during a renovation, was immediately taken part. We were always advised on which solution made sense and what the costs of the additional work were. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Kroll and his staff once again, the services provided are really perfect. Oh and one more thing for people who have often used artisan services: If Mr. Kroll says he comes at 7:00 am, he will be there at 7:00 am !!!
