Service is fast but opening time 9:30 is a bit late. Better 9:00 because there were many customers already waiting outside for it to open.

Expensive. A friend of mine went a week back and she was charged less just because she took prints along with data on the pendrive. When asked, the lady was like due to copyright issues. Clearly I didn't understand the logic. Also the photo quality was not as good as my friend's. Recommended by my friend but I had a bad experience.

Bad passport photos were taken. It was also complained because there are so many customers! HELLO it's still going, that's your job. Since glad that someone comes to you in the shop at all. Definitely never again. I prefer to go back to my photographer who is 34 km away the next time
