Dear Ms. Huizhi Xu, thank you very much for your criticism. In fairness, you should also justify this. I explain to all customers that we have to produce biometric images with millimeter precision according to strict regulations and that we therefore have to select the image ourselves so that it can be accepted by the authorities. Language barriers are often counterproductive here. You are free to be annoyed with my persistence or to call it arrogant. The fact that not everyone likes a biometric picture is the lot of our time that photographers have to live with, but I always try to do the best for my customers within the scope of the possibilities.
