Decent quality for the price, better style than most of the German furniture stores, and the staff is pretty good too
We were more than satisfied with the service and quality. Every question was answered promptly. Special requests were dealt with and implemented as well as possible. I can only say thumbs up. Ms. Kemmerer in particular was always open and very helpful.

Tip..
Sort parts ... screw screws with snap ring then put washer on it.
When mounting the seat on the backrest
Only allow the threaded screws to be tackled lightly.
Until everyone is inside. Then tighten.
Then take the struts into your legs.
Threads from legs inwards. Then strive
Stuck in the legs from the back. Then screw the legs onto the seat. Do not fully tighten the threaded screws.
Put the chair on its feet and watch that nothing is shaking / straight. Then tighten the threaded screws. At the end with the wood screws
Tighten the seat.
The staff is very rude. Although they were not deliverable for my orders, they answered all my questions very unprofessionally and always shifted responsibility to the head office and other parties in the supply chain.
After a month of waiting, my order was extended again.
Above all, there was clutter at the till. It made me feel bad.
