I needed a bed, they had beds. Good people and very knowledgeable. They also did not mind speaking English for me and that's a plus.

We bought a box spring bed in Ingolstadt in November 2019. The bed was delivered after about 3 months (spring 2020) and then the disaster started ... We now have massive color differences on individual bed elements (fabric) on the bed. The topper has already been replaced twice because it warps so much and is totally worn out after about 3 months (we decided on a very high-quality topper). The mattresses keep slipping. Communication via the headquarters and the Ingolstadt site is very slow. With the first topper exchange, it took 4 attempts to get the new topper; We should dispose of the "old" topper, here we had to exert massive pressure again to have it taken away. Another complaint is currently in progress. The head office answers very, very unfriendly and is not customer-oriented. We are assuming that the matter will be turned over to a lawyer for care, we have bought a high quality bed in the four figure range and are very, very disappointed with this way of doing things.

Was in the branch today and ordered my new dream bed. After I got advice from Ms. Gülfari Kutlu yesterday, I went back today and placed my order. The advice was great and Ms. Kutlu is very, very competent and enjoys her job, which you can tell immediately. Now I'm really looking forward to my new bed :-)

We bought a box spring bed from Swiss Sense. We had super friendly and competent advice. She took a lot of time and answered all questions in detail.

CAUTION The topper, which makes up 70% of the lying comfort, is no longer exchangeable after the first night (hygiene). If you are mistaken after trying to lie down in the shop or the topper is a bit harder than in the shop, then comes the rude awakening. A new topper then costs another € 1,000. When you look at classifieds on eBay, it happens to people a lot ... If I had known that beforehand, I would never have bought there! Mattresses can also be exchanged in the mattress shop in an emergency ...
