Inquiry regarding building law. It was stated over the phone that legal advice (30 min) would cost € 80 plus tax. Because of this appointment agreed. Appointment / consultation brought little new knowledge, but ultimately confirmed what I already knew. If I could have saved myself the 80 euros. A week later, the bill hit - total - 170 euros. When asked, it was only said that there are often higher costs, especially in building law. If I should trust a lawyer so that he can represent my interests according to my ideas, but this already fails with the cost of an initial consultation. - In the end I turned to another lawyer from Ingolstadt, who inspires more trust and has so far successfully stood behind us.
