I had chosen the law firm for an additional insurance contract. Ms. Ritzer-Reber was sufficiently aware of all contract information and backgrounds. The advice and the approach were in no way satisfactory for me as a client. I would have expected a clear statement in advance about my chances of success. That's why I wasn't ready to pay the fee in full. There is no response and no reply to letters and e-mails. For me absolutely not to be recommended.

I can only recommend the lawyers Ritzer Gelhorn Reber! Finding an appointment was quick and easy. The paralegals / assistants are very friendly and helpful. The legal advice from Mr. Reber was very professional and competent and I was more than satisfied with the service. Big compliments at this point.
